1. General Information

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cbaji platform and all its services. cbaji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

To participate on the cbaji platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any winnings will be forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount on cbaji is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name must be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). cbaji generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification or additional security review.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and special tournament offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means a bet equal to the bonus amount × 10 must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.

• The welcome bonus is offered only once per user and per household.
• The contribution rate towards wagering with a bonus may vary depending on the game.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.2 VIP Program

cbaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Gold. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and loyalty on the platform.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• cbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Accounts will be closed if bonuses are obtained fraudulently.
• cbaji's decision is final in any dispute related to bonus misuse.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities conducted on the cbaji platform are subject to specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or by contacting the support team.

• Once confirmed, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any winnings or losses resulting from a technical error are subject to review and cbaji reserves the right to correct them.

7.1 Sports Betting

11. Limitation of Liability
